Terms and Conditions

Al Mahdi Rocks Travellers Pvt. Ltd. is a consultancy that helps applicants pursue study placements abroad, overseas employment, visas, and invitation letters. We prepare, review, and submit applications on your behalf and guide you through each step of the process.

We facilitate your application, but the final decision always rests with a third party — a university, employer, embassy, or consulate — that we do not control. We do not and cannot guarantee visa approval, admission, a job offer, or any other outcome, and no staff member, partner agency, or our AI Assistant is authorized to promise one.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or your account being suspended.

Service fees for each service are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before you pay, and are also available on our Pricing page. Fees may be paid by you, by your employer, or by your referring agency, depending on how a given service is configured. See our Refund, Delivery & Cancellation Policy for how fees are handled if you cancel or a case doesn't proceed.

Some applicants are referred to us by an independent partner agency. That agency may earn a commission on services you pay for, and may be able to view your case status to support you — this does not change the fees you're quoted or the service you receive.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent documents, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.

All content on this website and platform — including text, graphics, and our name and logo — belongs to Al Mahdi Rocks Travellers Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Mahdi Rocks Travellers Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for decisions made by third parties (embassies, consulates, universities, or employers), for delays outside our control, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using our services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
