Privacy Policy

To process your application we collect your name, contact details (phone and email), date of birth, address, passport and CNIC/national ID numbers, academic and employment history, and supporting documents you upload — such as passport scans, transcripts, English test results, CVs, and photographs.

If you're referred to us by a partner agency, we also record that relationship so your agency can track your application's progress.

We use your information to prepare and submit your application, verify your identity and documents, communicate with you about your case status, generate receipts and certificates, and — where an agency referred you — calculate that agency's commission.

Passport numbers and national ID numbers are encrypted at rest. Uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled storage and are only ever shared through time-limited, signed links generated when a staff member or you specifically need to view them — never through a public or permanent link.

We never see or store your card, bank account, or mobile wallet credentials. Payments are processed directly by our payment partners — Bank Alfalah (Alfa Payment Gateway), JazzCash, and Easypaisa — or, for bank transfers, verified manually against your submitted receipt. We only retain the transaction result (amount, status, and a reference number).

We share only what's necessary to process your case with: the partner agency that referred you (if any), universities, employers, or invitation-letter providers relevant to your application, and our payment processors to complete a transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

If you use our AI Visa Assistant, we send only the minimum information needed to answer your question — never full copies of your passport, CNIC, or financial documents. AI responses are suggestions only and are never treated as final decisions on your case.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Access to your data is limited to staff who need it to do their job, is logged, and requires two-factor authentication for our staff and admin accounts.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us using the details below.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you securely signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
